I help you nourish your roots, so you can grow with more authenticity and love - for yourself and the world around you.

My interest in the field of body-oriented pychotherapy was initially sparked by my experiences with Argentine tango.

Tango was the first discipline that made me feel and sense my body, instead of controlling it. It was a catalyst, it opened the door towards aliveness and joy, but only with body-oriented therapy, through the process of healing my own wounds and traumas, I began to truly feel embodied, present, more joyful and in peace. Inside of therapeutic space I learned that life can be bigger, more pleasant, less stressful, and most importantly, that fear doesn't have to be a driving force of life.

Walking this path has meant meeting both the beautiful and the uncomfortable parts of myself. Layer by layer I have learned, and continue to learn, to accept the many shades of who I am.

There is one thing I am sure of, I would never be able do this transformation alone. No amount of books, podcasts, videos or AI can replace an actual human presence and care. Our biology is important and our bodies in attunement with each other play a crucial role in process of healing. We are not meant to heal alone. We learn from each other, with each other.

My work is grounded in my professional training in body-oriented psychotherapy, trauma work and nervous system regulation. At the same time, it is deeply informed by my lived experience and my spiritual orientation toward life.

For many years, Argentine tango has been an important embodied practice in my life. It has been a lived exploration of attunement, relational dynamics, boundaries, trust, and non-verbal communication. The subtle dialogue of leading and following, listening and responding through the body, has profoundly shaped my understanding of relational presence, something that naturally informs my work.

Alongside my therapy practice, I'm creating programs that combine dance, movement and therapy tools. If you are curious about this type of embodiment journey, you can find all the info on Tango Garden website and join some of my courses.

Besides the work I'm passionate about, I enjoy simple things in life - long walks in nature, taking care of plants and pets, spending time with loved ones, good books and hot baths.

Education

My work is rooted in extensive training in body-oriented psychotherapy, completed at the Centar for Integrative Development in Zagreb (Croatia). I first trained as a Practitioner of Body-Oriented Therapy (2017–2021) and later completed advanced professional training (2022–2024), deepening my capacity to work with trauma, nervous system regulation, and relational processes through the body.

Alongside this foundation, I completed a year-long training in Inner Medicine with Marko Borić (Croatia), exploring rhythm, drum-based therapeutic processes, and indigenous-informed approaches to healing. I am also trained as a Yin Yoga teacher, which continues to inform my sensitivity to pacing, stillness, and embodied awareness in therapeutic work.
