About individual sessions
During the session, I will encourage you to become aware of bodily sensations while you talk about a certain topic, and if a physical reaction appears while you are expressing yourself verbally, I will encourage you to allow it. This may look like tears, clenching your fists, an urge to push or pull, stomping your feet, raising your voice. It can also look like need for touch, protection and physical support, or a simple need for sharing your joy and happiness.
These are all valid and perfectly human expressions to our emotions and we use them to inquire more deeply about their meaning for you and your desired goals.

Somatic therapy uses various tools and techniques: from breathing exercises, visualisations, and meditations, to working with the voice and spontaneous movement, as well as more expressive methods of emotional release if needed. Physical contact between therapist and client is common, provided that it feels comfortable and acceptable to the both.

Therapeutic work is, above all, a quality relationship with the therapist - a healthy and supportive relationship you may have never experienced before. What heals is not certain technique or huge knowledge, even if they do take a big place in this puzzle.
What actually heals is presence, attunement and sense of acceptance even in our most vulnerable, darkest, scariest, but also the most wonderful parts of us.
Frequently asked questions
What does “integrative” mean?
“Integrative” means drawing from different therapeutic approaches rather than following one fixed method.
Sessions may include body-oriented work, conversation, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices, supporting you as a whole person — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
What can this work support me with?
People come for many reasons, including:
Anxiety and stress
Life transitions and crises
Emotional overwhelm
Trauma or difficult past experiences
Chronic tension and somatisation
Feeling disconnected from themselves or others
Relationships and sexuality issues
You don’t need to have a “big trauma” or a clearly defined problem. A sense that something feels stuck, heavy, or unclear is enough.
What happens in a session?
Sessions last 60 minutes.
They are conversational and experiential. Alongside talking, I may gently invite awareness of breath, sensations, or subtle shifts in the body. We move at your pace. The focus is always on safety, regulation, and building capacity — never on pushing you to relive overwhelming experiences.
Most people begin with weekly sessions, and we adjust the rhythm depending on your needs.
Do you offer an initial consultation?
Yes. I offer a free 20-minute discovery call.
This is a chance for us to meet, explore what you are looking for, and sense whether working together feels supportive. There is no obligation to continue.
In which languages do you work?
I offer sessions in English and Croatian (Bosnian/Serbian).
Do you work online or in person?
I work both online and in person. I am based in Paris (France), on the location close to Porte de Pantin (19th).
What is the fee?
The regular fee is 90 EUR per session.
I also keep a limited number of reduced-fee spaces and offer some flexibility if finances are a concern. If you have financial difficulties, feel free to mention this during the discovery call.
Is this psychotherapy?
I am trained in body-oriented psychotherapy and trauma work. My practice is therapeutic in nature and grounded in professional supervision and ethical standards. According to French regulations, I'm not registered by the name psychotherapist.
If you are unsure whether this type of support is right for you, we can explore that during the discovery call.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Everything shared in sessions is treated with care and confidentiality, in accordance with professional ethical standards.
The only exceptions are situations involving serious risk of harm, which we would address transparently if relevant.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your session time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged in full.
Is this suitable for everyone?
Somatic therapy can be deeply supportive, but it may not replace medical or psychiatric care when needed.
If you are currently in crisis or require specialised support, we can discuss appropriate referrals to ensure you receive the right level of care.
I feel nervous about starting therapy. Is that normal?
Yes. Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable and hard. Taking the first step often comes with uncertainty. The discovery call is there to make this easier — a gentle first contact, without pressure.
