What is this about?

🌿 Welcome to Mindful Body, a series of 3 guided workshops to reconnect with the body, to listen, and to gently express what lives within.

This is the space to step out of the head and return to the body.

The body carries layers of experience, sensation, and deep but quiet intelligence. In our everyday life, we often don’t have the tools nor the space to hear what our body is trying to say. We push our body aside, with hope it will endure. But our bodies do have a limit. And maybe you have already reached it. Maybe you already know what it feels like when you're lacking vitality, and pushing through is not an option anymore. Here, we take time to listen. Without judgment. Without pressure. Without needing anything to be different than what it is.

Through mindful movement, breath, dance, group and couples exercises - I'm guiding you to experience more freedom and more life in your body, and bring sense of aliveness into your life.

Note: The workshops are interconnected, but each is designed as a standalone session, so you can benefit from attending just one.

🌿 Workshop 1: Connect to your body I 17.4.2026., 19:30-20:45h

A gentle introduction to slowing down and coming out of your head into your body.
Through simple breathing, awareness and slow movement, you’ll begin to rebuild a sense of presence and safety within yourself.

🌊 Workshop 2: Feel 22.5.2026., 19:30-20:45h

Once we reconnect, we begin to listen.
This workshop focuses on sensing what’s happening inside the body — from subtle sensations to emotions — and learning how to stay present with them.

🔥 Workshop 3: Express 26.6.2026., 19:30-20:45h

In this third chapter of the Mindful Body series, we shift from inner awareness and slowing down into free movement and spontaneous dance expression. No choreography. No right or wrong way to move.
No pressure to perform.Just music, body, and space for movement to unfold naturally.

About me

I’m a somatic psychotherapist and tango teacher, originally from Croatia and now based in Paris. Movement has always been my language; a way of listening, understanding, and relating to myself and others. Over the past decade, my work has grown into exploring the connection between body, emotions, and awareness through different somatic and therapeutic approaches.

I’m drawn to the subtle places where the body speaks through sensation, tension, impulse, and breath. I’ve been holding spaces for people through movement and body-based work for several years.

My work is not about fixing or changing, but about gently reconnecting with what is already there. More info about my work you can find on my website.
